Vitrigraph Institute keeps data collection to the minimum needed to sell and deliver the course. This page explains what we collect and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Data we collect
Your name and email address when you buy the course or request the free firing-temperature cheat sheet; the order details needed to give you access; the messages you send us by email; and basic, aggregated usage data about how the site is used.
2. Payment data
Card and payment details are handled directly by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
3. How we use it
To give you access to the course, to send the material you asked for, to answer support requests, to process refunds, and to send occasional emails about course updates. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.
4. What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not send unrelated advertising.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that make the course work - payment processing, course hosting and email delivery - and only to the extent they need it.
6. Retention
Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
7. Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed to work correctly and, where enabled, simple aggregated analytics. No advertising profiles are built from your visit.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to vitrigraphinstitute@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
The course is intended for adults working in a studio and is not directed at children.
