We want you at the kiln, not stuck with a course that is not right for you. Vitrigraph Basics: Step by Step Guide ($37 USD) is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
1. The 30-day guarantee
If within 30 days of your purchase you decide the course is not a fit, email us and we will refund your payment in full. You do not need to justify your decision, and you do not need to prove you completed the modules.
2. How to request a refund
Send an email to vitrigraphinstitute@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, with the subject line "Refund request". Include your full name and the approximate purchase date so we can find your order quickly.
3. Processing time
Refunds are approved within 3 business days of your request. The money is returned through the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may need a further 5-10 business days to show the credit on your statement.
4. After a refund
Once a refund is issued, access to the course videos, firing schedules and downloadable reference sheets ends, and any copies you saved must no longer be used or shared.
5. Limits and abuse
One refund per person. We may decline a request placed after the 30-day window, or where course material has been redistributed, resold or published in any form.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. In almost every case we can resolve the matter faster by email than a chargeback process can.
