Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 August 2026
These terms govern your purchase and use of Vitrigraph Basics: Step by Step Guide and of the Vitrigraph Institute website. By buying or using the course you accept them.
1. What you buy
A one-time payment of $37 USD gives you lifetime online access to the six course modules, the firing schedules and the downloadable reference sheets, including future updates to that material. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
2. Licence and use
Your access is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may watch the videos and print the reference sheets for your own studio practice. You may not share your access, re-upload the videos, resell, sublicense, or use the material to teach paid classes without our written permission.
3. Educational content and safety
The course is educational. Working with kilns, molten glass and hand tools carries real risk of burns, cuts, fire and respiratory harm. You are responsible for your own equipment, ventilation, protective gear and compliance with local regulations. The course does not replace formal first aid or safety training, and results depend on your kiln, your glass and your practice.
4. No guarantee of results
We teach a method and share the schedules we use. We do not promise any particular artistic, technical or commercial outcome.
5. Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store your card details. Purchases are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All videos, text, images, schedules and the Vitrigraph Institute name and logo remain our property or that of our licensors.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the course available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the course content, and we may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability related to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including damage to equipment or materials.
9. Termination
We may suspend access if these terms are breached, in particular where course material is shared or redistributed.
